The call-note tool, estimate comparison tool, and property-manager packet use the information you enter only in the current browser tab. This version does not send that information to a server or save it in browser storage. Copying or printing creates a copy under your control. Refreshing or closing the page clears the tool’s working state.
Telephone calls
Calls use a third-party referral and call-tracking system. Calling shares your phone information and anything you discuss with the parties handling the call. Ask the receiving provider how call information is handled, including whether the call is recorded.
Website operation
On waterdamagerestoration.boston, the site loads Google Analytics 4, the existing Google Ads tag, and the CallRail call-tracking script. These services may use cookies and technical browsing information for website analytics, advertising measurement, and call attribution. Google Analytics records page activity and phone-link clicks, including the page and button placement. A phone-link click does not confirm a connected call or booked job. CallRail may replace displayed phone numbers to attribute calls. The preparation tools do not send their entered notes or quote details to those services. Preview domains do not load these tracking scripts. This version has no photo uploads or online quote submissions. The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website. Typography is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical requests needed to deliver those fonts.
If you email the website, the email service receives your message and sender details. Avoid sending sensitive documents or property access codes.
